Which countries do you ship to?
Australia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, and United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery:
- UK & EU: 5–12 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and fulfillment location.)
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, payable by the recipient.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes. We can accept USDT (Tether) on Polygon. After checkout you’ll receive a secure crypto payment link.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can cancel/return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
• Change of mind/size: customer pays return shipping.
• Defective/damaged/wrong item: we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@accessorieslifes.com with your order number and reason (photos/video for damaged items). We reply within 24–48 hours with instructions. Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount code” field and select Apply. If valid, your total will update automatically.
